WSU C3 Student Leaders Conference

The C3 Student Leaders Conference is an annual event hosted by the Western Sydney University Student Community Team which brings together leaders from Student Clubs, Collectives and the Student Representative Council to engage in workshop activities and seminars throughout the day. I was asked to design and brand for 2022's Conference with their theme: Plan to Succeed. The goal was to create a theme that reflected the current student leadership cohort and related to this year's theme and provide the event with its own identity whilst working within the University's brand guidelines. The brief required me to develop a brand that reflected a fun, youthful and playful approach whilst maintaining professionalism and sophistication. The result was to go with a theme that had a strong focus on note-taking, handwriting and a crafty feel reflecting the processes of planning and ideation. The deliverables that were produced for this event consisted of marketing material: email invitations, Social media posts and an event cover image for Western life (Online event platform for WSU students). Designing a printed brochure and program schedule, The main C3 Presentation, Marketing Breakout Session presentation and a student leaders banner.
